This Privacy Notice describes how Bermi LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our services, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). We collect information directly from you when you register, use the app, or contact us. We also collect it automatically through cookies, log files, and device identifiers. When you authorize Google OAuth, we receive information from Google's API in accordance with Google's policies. We do not purchase data from third parties.

Affiliate link tracking: When you click through to a brand, your click is routed through an affiliate network (CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten Advertising, Amazon Associates, or Impact.com) to track referrals. This is a disclosure of click redirect data, not a sale of personal information.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as you have an active account with us. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including those provided by Google Firebase and Supabase infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately at hello@bermi.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Bermi is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
